What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 20 pieces for Debossed and Imprinted bracelets, and 100 pieces for Deboss-Fill and Embossed bracelets.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we can deliver your bracelets as quick as 5 days. Please speak with one of our
friendly representatives at (888) 272-8880 to get an exact price quote.

What is your pricematch guarantee?
We guarantee the lowest prices in the market. If for some reason you find a company that can offer the bracelets at a lower price, we will beat their price by 5%. The pricematch must be done prior to completing the order.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and to Australia. For orders in other countries not mentioned, please call us at (888) 272-8880.

Is there an additional charge to split the quantity of my order into different colors?
Yes, there will be an additional charge of $0.04 for the first additional color, and $0.02 for each additional color afterwards.

What are the bracelets made out of?
The bracelets are made out of 100% Silicone Rubber. They are comparable to the popular Lance Armstrong Livestrong wristbands.

Can I request samples?
Yes you can. We will have to charge a small shipping & handling fee of $2.50 for this. Please call us to request samples.

Can I add a custom logo in the bracelets?
Yes definitely. Please send us the logo, and we will have you confirm the final artwork before we begin production of the bracelets. There will be a slight delay in the setup of the production with a custom logo, usually one day.
